By using this website and booking services with Lucent Living Services LLC, you agree to the following terms.

Services

We provide residential cleaning services including routine cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and property turnovers.

All quotes are based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may change if the condition or scope of work differs upon arrival.

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to service. We reserve the right to require payment upon completion unless otherwise stated.

While we take care to provide quality service, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not secured properly.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a property is unsafe, hazardous, or not as described.
